All commercial/contractual terms are offered by and agreed to between Customers and Bayaluseeme LLP (hereafter Bayaluseeme) alone.

By using our online service, the customers are deemed to have accepted our terms and conditions listed below. We reserve the right to add, delete, alter or modify these terms and conditions at any time. The Customer is therefore advised to read carefully the terms and conditions each time he or she places an order with us. By placing an order the customer is authorizing us to process the order and have the same delivered to the given address.

Shipping Policy

All our products are of the exact quality, photo and description as displayed on our Site. Our products will be delivered to addresses throughout India. Our direct home delivery service is currently available only in Bangalore for special/regular customers. For customers residing in other cities, our products will be sent by post, speed post or courier.

Payment

All prices are listed in rupees and all the payments must be made online at the time of placing the order either by internet banking service, debit or credit cards or via any other digital wallets. Your orders will be processed only after the payment reflects in our accounts.

Refund & Replacements Policy

No refunds will be made for order placed and confirmed with us. All our products are warranted to be the same in nature and quality as per their description on our Site. However, if there is any complaint, they should be reported back to us within 48 hours of delivery of the product, to render it eligible for replacements. To report, please go on the ‘contact’ page of this website and send us the necessary details.

Delivery time

The normal delivery time of the product in Bangalore is between 1 – 5 working days and within India is 2-15 working days after receipt of funds in our bank account. If there is any further delay or unavailability due to various reasons, it will be informed to the customers over their email or mobile.

We shall try our best for prompt delivery; delayed/early delivery for whatever reason beyond our control shall not entitle the user for any damages or compensation. In spite of full caution taken at the time of delivery, we will not be responsible for a misdelivery if the receiver of the product at the address on the order form misappropriates, damages or fails to hand over the products to the person named on the order form and takes the item posing himself to be the correct person.

We will deliver exactly the same products displayed on its web pages and from the same sources indicated. However, in certain unavoidable circumstances arising due to non-availability of products from indicated sources, we reserve the right to change the source and deliver approximately similar kind of product. If similar kind of product is not available, we will inform the sender to change the order or wait until it becomes available. If the customer is unwilling, Bayaluseeme will be willing to refund the amount. Refunds can be made only to the products that are not available currently and not in any other circumstances whatsoever.

For the items delivered by courier service/ speed post, their respective policies apply.

We are not responsible for missed/late deliveries due to curfews, lockdowns, acts of government, acts of nature, holidays, incorrect addresses or acts of war. We reserve the right to deny services to any sender, without any explanation and are not liable for more than the retail cost of products.

We will not charge more than the prices mentioned on the web pages but in certain unavoidable circumstances we reserve the right to change the prices without prior notice and charge the buyer accordingly.

We ensure to deliver best quality products from known sources, we are not responsible if the quality of the product does not match the expectation of the recipient.

In the unlikely event of a dispute relating to the services of bayaluseeme.in, the dispute shall be subjected to the jurisdiction of Bangalore (India) courts.

The customer is bound to the above terms and conditions once he/she places the order. The customer should read the above terms and place the order only if they are acceptable by him/her.

The website owner makes no warranties, representations, statements or guarantees (whether express, implied in law or residual) regarding the website.
